Tim Loftus is a water resource planner having earned his master’s degree in Forestry and doctorate in Geography from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Dr. Loftus served as a faculty member at Eastern Kentucky University, Director of the Water Quality Laboratory at Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio, and recently spent ten years with the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning where he managed Clean Water Act related efforts and led implementation support for Water 2050: Northeastern Illinois Regional Water Supply/Demand Plan. Tim is Professor of Practice in Geography and Meadows Endowed Chair in Water Conservation at Texas State University in San Marcos.
