Blaschke Scholarship Application

In order to be considered, the following application and attachments must be submitted electronically by July 1, 2020. Please be sure to include correct contact information in the application. The scholarship committee must be able to reach the winning candidate in order to distribute the scholarship award.

State law requires that each student identify any relation to a current Board of Regents member. A student who is related to a current member of the governing board of that institution is prohibited from receiving scholarships unless the scholarship is awarded exclusively based on academic merit or is an athletic scholarship. It is a Class B misdemeanor to file a false statement.

Please review a list of current members of the Texas State University System Board of Regents and select the most appropriate answer below indicating your relation to any of the Board’s members. *
