Texas Stream Team is dedicated to understanding and protecting the 191,000 miles of Texas waterways. Texas Stream Team supports a statewide citizen scientist water quality and environmental network. These citizen scientists collect data on surface water bodies across the State of Texas in an attempt to characterize water quality conditions. While citizen scientists are directed toward sampling sites with public access, sometimes these options are limited. With the majority of Texas land designated as private property, access to certain water bodies can be restricted.

By signing this form, you are declaring that the individuals listed below are granted access to monitor water and environmental quality on your private property at a frequency also listed below.
